What I love about your videos is that they really are step by step and you are already thinking ahead about issues people may have and providing alternatives ways of doing something if you are struggling with it. Showing more than one way to do something is so handy for me I am now enjoying pro create.

Meet your Teacher
Hi, I’m Liz Ross
I’m a Manchester‑based digital and mixed‑media artist, workshop facilitator, podcast host and mum to three wonderfully creative children who remind me every day that art isn’t just something we make. It’s something we feel. Watching them create in their own ways has taught me that creativity lives in all of us, and it’s deeply tied to our wellbeing.
My own return to creativity came after losing my sister to cancer. I found myself searching for a way to process the grief that words couldn’t hold. I was fortunate to find a charity offering art workshops, and those gentle sessions became a lifeline, a space where I could breathe, reconnect, and slowly rediscover joy.
Art helped me heal. It helped me feel like myself again.
What began as quiet moments with a sketchbook grew into bold, intuitive artwork,a thriving print shop, and a calling to create supportive spaces where others can explore self‑expression without pressure or perfection.
When I discovered Procreate, something clicked.
It offered freedom; the freedom to experiment, to undo, to play, to try again. As a busy mum and artist, that felt like magic. No mess, no pressure, no fear of “ruining” anything. Just pure creative possibility.
Today, I help women trust their voice, embrace imperfection, and reconnect with creativity as a part of their everyday wellbeing.
This course is the gentle, confidence‑building starting point I wish I’d had when I first opened Procreate and I can’t wait for us to explore it together.
