Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for original artwork & prints within 14 days if it’s in its original condition. Print-on-demand items cannot be returned unless there’s a defect. Please see Refund & Returns policy for further details.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process & dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. They will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch. If you need your order urgently please email us at liz@artbylizross.com and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged, just send us a clear photo within 7 days, and we’ll send a free replacement or refund. Please see Returns & Refund Policy for further details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because print-on-demand items are made to order, we can’t cancel them once they’re in production.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! If you would like international delivery (outside of the UK) please email liz@artbylizross.com and we will provide you with a quote.
