We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns:
Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
Do you give a refund if I change my mind?
Prints: We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is in its original condition - undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Artwork that has been displayed, exposed to smoke, moisture, or excessive handling may not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable, insured service. Products (Cushions, Homeware, etc.): These items are custom-made to order and dispatched by a third party, therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged (e.g. if you change your mind or select the wrong size/colour). Please check the size is as you wish before you place the order.

What if my painting arrives damaged?
